It feels like the last week has been one of the most volatile summer weeks in recent memory. When you wake up and see that bond yields on the 2-year, 5-year and 10-year Treasury bonds are all under 4%, and hear that the pace of hiring is slowing, unemployment is trending higher, even though GDP continues to expand, you might ask yourself "Where are we going?
