Exciting day at the Baghdad office 👋🏽 We welcomed students from the Baghdad Business School, who spent the day learning about #Careem and our operations in Iraq 🚗 Our visitors attended sessions on the marketing, sales, partnerships, and social media functions at Careem, and got a sneak peek of everyday life in the office 🏢
The students also had an engaging Q&A session with colleagues who answered questions on Careem’s values and mission, and the professional growth and learning opportunities they have at Careem.
Again, many cases of Aerial bombardment injuries in Gaza, one of these many tragically live example, illustrated in this video.
The Child is reciting Quran during the surgical operation, to overcome pain and agony. We all knows that health care providers in Gaza are working in a very struggling condition;
No light,
No medicine,
No anathesia during surgical procedure,
and no operating room. God bless Gaza.

After thorough analysis I realised that there are two basic and fundamental structural defects in the constitution of UN which are
1. Veto Power System for the permanent members of the security council of UN. Since there is a body of all stakeholders in the form of General Assembly wherein all member- countries of the UN are represented there is absolutely no need of Security Council to accept or reject the resolutions passed by General Assembly. As such Security Council should be dissolved forthwith.
2. All member countries of UN are not signatory to the Rome statute consequently some countries are not under the International Criminal Court (ICC) whereas all the member countries have to be under the jurisdiction of ICC so that peace prevails in the world.
. Due to these defects America has made a mockery of the UN as it is reduced to a puppet in the hands of the America. Consequently America with some allies have invaded several Muslim countries like Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya and looted several countries then leaving these countries after the loot is complete. Presently America with the help of Israel (both countries are not under the jurisdiction of ICC) is demolishing, doing cold blooded mass murders, devastation, destruction , displacement, ethenic cleansing, murder especially of children and women and genocide and the whole world including the UN have to be mute spectators of all this and nobody has the powers to question them because of these defects in the constitution of UN.
More than seven decades have passed by but the above-mentioned defects in the constitution of UN were not rectified. Non-rectification of these defects has created a very grave situation as instead of peace maintaining organisation UN became a weapon of blackmailing and means of invading and looting the rich countries by some countries which were having the veto power also besides these countries were not signatory to the Rome statute consequently these countries were not under the jurisdiction of ICC. As the result these countries became law per se and virtually became terrorist countries of the world because they were not answerable to any forum for whatever they do. Now the climax of lawlessness has reached in Palestine where total devastation, destruction, cold blooded mass murders, genocide, ethenic cleansing, kidnapping and rape of innocent and unarmed civilians is being done and the whole world including UN have to be mute spectators because of the basic and fundamental defects in the constitution of UN have not been rectified. This is the highest time these defects are rectified by the General Assembly. Let General Assembly wake up after decades of slumber and rectify the defects as proposed above..

I share with you my new data-driven story, "Female Farmers in Northeastern Syria: Between Seasonal Migration and Exploitation," published on Rozana Media Radio Radio under the supervision of LOUJEINA HAJ Youssef.
In this report, we explore the lives of female farmers during their seasonal migration journeys in northeastern Syria and how war and economic conditions pose additional challenges in their lives. This includes exposure to verbal and economic violence, the exploitation of the urgent need for underage girls by lowering their wages compared to older workers, as well as the wage gap between women and men.

3-Year Term in Laghman Province (2015-2018)
When I was appointed Governor of Laghman Province, Afghanistan, in 2015, I embraced the opportunity to serve the people with a clear vision and a commitment to positive change. My initial steps included conducting a thorough assessment of the province's challenges and identifying the obstacles impeding progress. This involved an in-depth analysis of local government services to test their effectiveness. By engaging with provincial directors, district governors, tribal chiefs, youth civil society activists, women's rights advocates, and journalists, I gathered crucial data on the province's urgent needs and top priorities. This collaborative approach was foundational to the success we achieved.
The results of the assessment led to several key initiatives:
1. We developed a comprehensive five-year strategic plan to guide the province's development. This plan provided a clear roadmap for addressing immediate and long-term needs.
2. Identifying departments in need of reform, we took decisive actions to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that government services were delivered more competently.
3. Prioritizing schooling and higher education for all genders, we secured infrastructure improvements through the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. We also engaged the UN and donor countries to secure additional aid, ensuring educational opportunities were accessible to everyone.
4. Previously scattered government offices were unified into permanent establishments, creating a more organized and efficient administrative structure.
5. We shared comprehensive plans for agriculture, irrigation, canals and water dams with relevant ministries, the UN, and donor countries, securing support for these critical projects.
6. Focus was placed on restoring historical places, improving roads, and building sports arenas, community centers, religious buildings, and mosques, fostering a sense of community and cultural preservation.
7. A monthly system was established where the government and NGOs shared progress, goals, and challenges, maintaining an open channel of communication to ensure alignment and close coordination among all stakeholders.
8. We introduced a new system where government key leadership was involved in project initiation ceremonies. This included showing them the benefits of each project, its timeline, and its impact. This transparency significantly boosted public trust and engagement.
Through these efforts, Laghman Province experienced a wave of positive change in a remarkably short period. The public's response to our work was overwhelmingly positive, culminating in an unprecedented farewell ceremony where the people of Laghman expressed their gratitude and appreciation.
My tenure as Governor of Laghman Province was filled with good memories and significant achievements that I will cherish for years.
