🌟 Six Years, Three Roles Changes, Loads of Wisdom Lessons 🌟 🚀 Today marks 6 years since I walked into Capgemini Engineering as a Marketing & Communications intern. As I reflect on this incredible journey, here are six lessons that have been my guiding lights: 1️⃣ 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲: Started as an intern, shifted roles thrice. Change is not just constant; it's the secret sauce for personal evolution. 2️⃣ 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧: Like Winston S. Churchill once said, "A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty." Challenges aren't roadblocks. They're loads of wisdom you didn't know you needed. 3️⃣ 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫: Each role, each project, and each challenge has been a stepping stone, providing me with the chance to adapt, learn, grow, and contribute in many ways. 4️⃣ 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤: No achievement is a solo effort. Success will always be a team sport. 5️⃣ 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐲: Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality is an art. Keep in mind to try to master it daily. 6️⃣ 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐝𝐬: Whether it's staying updated on industry trends, acquiring new skills, or seeking inspiration from diverse sources, the journey of learning is ongoing. I'm truly grateful for the opportunities, challenges, and growth. Here's to the journey, the milestones, and the exciting chapters yet to come! ✨ #LifeatCapgemini #GetTheFutureYouWant #Capgemini #CapgeminiEngineering #engineering

Amazing learning through Pace Setters Program !!! It was 5 months journey, with remote and in-person sessions, working with bright minds in Capgemini across the globe, networking and building new relationships, solving business challenges for our customers and having lots of fun along the way :-) In our daily lives (personal and professional), we often get caught up in transactions, and we keep jumping from one thing to another. Sometimes, it helps to take a moment to reflect and slow things down. Pace does not necessarily mean fast ... set your own PACE and enjoy the journey !!! #getthefutureyouwant #capgemini #learnandgrow #leadershiplessons

Six months into my journey at Capgemini Technology, and I'm already seeing the power of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning Each day presents new challenges and opportunities to push boundaries, solve complex problems, and drive meaningful impact. As I navigate through diverse projects and engage with talented colleagues, I'm inspired by the collective passion to deliver excellence and shape the future of technology. Some of my experiences 👇 1. Don't stop yourself to learn something different tech from your project which you are working on. 2. Save your time for your personal space too. 3. Keep distance from office politics. 4. Don't be too close to your manager and don't share your personal life with him/her. 5. Don't put extra effort(to be cool) on which is not relevant for your future. Kyuki jyda kaam karne se, kaam badhta hai, paisa nahi😂 This six month was very good for me where I putted myself to explore corporate life, As Capgemini is first organization from where I started my career. All my colleagues are always been supportive, helping me a lot on each step to complete all my task and to deliver all my work before the deadline. #capgemini #corporatelife #firstjob #teammates #softwareengineer

My first year @ Capgemini's #AppliedInnovationExchange has gone so fast that I even missed my year anniversary on the 1st Feb. Feeling really grateful to have a fantastic team around me that offers a daily portion of fun, inspiration, support & sense of achievement and meaning. Reflecting on that journey, here are some key takeaways from my first year in the team: 💡Personal Fulfillment: This transition has brought a surprising amount of joy and satisfaction. The past year has been enriching, presenting a blend of challenges and moments of fun that I’m truly happy to have experienced. 💡Contrast in Innovation Pace: The agility and rapid evolution characteristic of my start-up experience contrast sharply with the structured environment of a large corporation. The challenge has been to meld innovation seamlessly into this larger context. 💡Navigating Corporate Structures: Adapting design-thinking methodologies within the corporation’s existing frameworks has been essential. It's about finding balance—injecting agility and innovation without disrupting the necessary order. 💡Embracing Diversity: One of the year's highlights has been working alongside a team with diverse backgrounds and experiences. This diversity has fueled our creativity and driven innovation from a myriad of perspectives. 💡The Human Factor: Innovation is fundamentally about people. Fostering an environment where team members feel empowered to experiment, share, and learn has been crucial to our collective progress. 💡Steady Progress: My journey has underscored the importance of patience and persistence. Celebrating small victories and learning from every setback have paved the way for meaningful change. This year has not only been about nurturing a culture of innovation within a corporate framework but also finding personal happiness and growth amid new challenges. Michal Adamski Edyta Jadowska Jagoda Szulia Lukasz Liebersbach Paweł Potoczny - great to have you around, thanks for our journey so far and looking forward to the future. #InnovationCulture #DesignThinking #TeamDiversity #CorporateCulture #AIE Wrocław

🎓 **Certificates: Unveiling Potential Beyond Credentials** 🌟 Certificates – they're not just pieces of paper; they're gateways to opportunity, windows into passion, and beacons of credibility. In a world where success is often measured by titles and accolades, certificates serve as tangible reminders of dedication, ambition, and potential. From the halls of Harvard to the corridors of IIT, certificates from top-tier institutions undoubtedly hold prestige. They symbolize a commitment to excellence, a pursuit of knowledge, and a desire to excel among the best and the brightest. But let's not forget – greatness knows no bounds, and certificates from any reputable institution can carry immense value. Take a moment to reflect on icons like Bill Gates, Dhirubhai Ambani, or Sundar Pichai. Their success wasn't solely defined by the institutions they attended, but by the passion, determination, and innovation they brought to the table. Similarly, certificates, regardless of their origin, signify an individual's hunger for growth and their relentless pursuit of excellence. Whether it's a certificate in technology from Infosys, finance from Deloitte, or management from McKinsey, each certificate holds significance. They represent not just knowledge acquired, but skills honed, challenges overcome, and dreams pursued. They are badges of honor, proudly worn by those who dare to dream big and strive for greatness. In a competitive landscape dominated by names like Tata, Reliance, and Infosys, certificates serve as signals of credibility. They open doors to opportunities, attract the attention of recruiters, and pave the way for career advancement. But beyond the corporate realm, certificates also hold personal value – they signify growth, resilience, and the courage to step outside one's comfort zone. So whether you're a student embarking on your educational journey, a professional seeking to upskill, or an entrepreneur charting your own path, remember this: certificates are not just credentials; they're reflections of your potential. Embrace them, cherish them, and let them propel you forward on your quest for success. #Certificates #Education #TopTierCompanies #India #Harvard #IIT #Infosys #Deloitte #McKinsey #Tata #Reliance #Infosys #Success #Potential #Growth #Innovation
