So much for all these Marketing Campaigns and hollow promises! I have been endless waiting for over 4 months now for my refund despite email approval on refund on Nov 8th 2023. All calls and emails to your support team are going in vain. Very traumatizing experience. If this is what you sell to parents, how can you ever offer any "education" to our children and our country. Sales team sells snake oil and lures parents to register and buy with a promise of 48 hrs refund within 15 days. When refund is initiated within 3 days of purchase, its an endless waiting time with callous response every time you call customer support who have no clue and keep parroting same lines over and over again .. "Will get back in 72 hrs" .. which never comes... No refund till date and my monthly EMI's are getting deducted and there is no way to stop it! The story of follow up and mental agony continues...
