Yesterday, we hosted our 2nd #OTC Townhall monthly meeting. Here are the 5 key purposes for such a meeting: 1. Open communication: townhall is for open dialogues between employees of OTC. Also, each meeting we host someone from different department. This meeting our star was Ewa Szalewska, Head of People Function in HEINEKEN Global Shared Services. Ewa answered all our questions and brought closer various topics from HR we were interested in. 2. Information sharing: during the meetings we share important updates, changes and plans for the near future so everyone is on track with the happenings in OTC and across HGSS. 3. Feedback collection: meetings offer an opportunity for all the attendees to voice their opinions, ask questions and provide feedback on various topics. Also, after the meeting there is an online survey to fill in and share the feedback. 4. Engagement: meetings help us to build a sense of community and involvement as they are in 100% prepared by the employees. 5. Problem solving: townhall meetings can be used to discuss and address issues, brainstorm solutions and collaborate with each other. As informed recently, HEINEKEN Global Shared Services plans to hire over 400 people in 2024, so who knows, maybe soon we will prepare and participate in the townhall meeting together? 😊 #truetogertherness #heinekenkrakow #otc #townhallmeeting

March 1 is Employee Appreciation Day, so it's worth taking a closer look at the topic! 🧐 At Philip Morris, we have been gradually strengthening the culture of appreciation for several years, working together with our employees. We believe that even small things can bring great results! 😊 On the occasion of appreciation day, we have prepared stickers with appreciative slogans that can make someone's day better and put a smile on their face. The power of good habits – regular appreciation! 💙 Tasks, meetings, KPIs, presentations and tables - this is the everyday life of most people who work in large companies. In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it is sometimes difficult to find a moment to reflect and appreciate people who deserve it. That's why every Friday we set aside 15 minutes in our calendars to reflect on the past week and appreciate what was good about it! Show off - let others see you! 💙 You give 200% of yourself and you feel like no one else notices it? In the multitude of tasks, we simply miss certain things or forget to say "good job" or "great to have you on our team" to someone. There is nothing wrong with being proud of your achievements, so let's take advantage of opportunities (such as team meetings or regular conversations with superiors) to talk about what we have achieved recently. Do you want others to appreciate you? First, start with yourself. What does the culture of appreciation look like in your companies? Do you celebrate Employee Appreciation Day? #poprostudoceniam #appreciation #employees #gratitude #PMI

From our mahi with councils, we know things have been tough for many communications + engagement teams in recent months. While the recent Long Term Plan consultation has meant a huge amount of work for C+E teams, it’s also an opportunity to look forward to the next three years and reset for the challenges and opportunities ahead. We also understand the daily demands of what you and your team do for your organisation can make it difficult to rise up out of the day-to-day. So, with that in mind, Frank Engagement has developed a workshop called Beyond LTP. This 2.5-hour workshop aims to help you and your team to take just a few hours out to think strategically about what’s coming, reflect on what works and what doesn’t, and get some clarity on what you can do to improve how you advise your organisation. We’ll survey you and your team ahead of the workshop to hit the ground running and after the workshop we’ll deliver an easy-to-digest report that collates insights into useful data and recommends what you could do next. Check out the Beyond LTP page on our website for a video from Frank Engagement director, Erin Harford-Wright, about the workshops…

Senior Talent Consultant at WeAreAspire | Hiring across Research & Insight throughout the UK and International markets
💡 Did you know? It's Employee Appreciation Day! 💡 Sometimes it's easy for companies to get caught up in the days and weeks that pass by with heads buried in work. The gems that are out there? Celebrate not just the huge wins, but also the little victories, milestones in projects. At Aspire, we look to celebrate the little wins throughout the week and we're lucky to work with clients which go above and beyond to show that they care about their employees. They show this a number of different ways: ✨ Curiosity days - Some of our clients offer the chance to take a few days a year on top of annual leave to explore anything that piques your interest ✨ Early Friday finishes - Not just if your on track, not just if your a "favourite employee", but for everyone throughout the year ✨ Private Chef - You heard that right! Some of our clients bring in a private chef twice a week to cook breakfast/lunch to show appreciation for their employees So if you want to join an organisation that goes above and beyond to make you feel appreciated? Drop me or Daria Zdunczyk an InMail to have a chat about your next move. #employeeappreciationday #wellbeing #insightjobs #researchjobs
