March 1 is Employee Appreciation Day, so it's worth taking a closer look at the topic! 🧐 At Philip Morris, we have been gradually strengthening the culture of appreciation for several years, working together with our employees. We believe that even small things can bring great results! 😊 On the occasion of appreciation day, we have prepared stickers with appreciative slogans that can make someone's day better and put a smile on their face. The power of good habits – regular appreciation! 💙 Tasks, meetings, KPIs, presentations and tables - this is the everyday life of most people who work in large companies. In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it is sometimes difficult to find a moment to reflect and appreciate people who deserve it. That's why every Friday we set aside 15 minutes in our calendars to reflect on the past week and appreciate what was good about it! Show off - let others see you! 💙 You give 200% of yourself and you feel like no one else notices it? In the multitude of tasks, we simply miss certain things or forget to say "good job" or "great to have you on our team" to someone. There is nothing wrong with being proud of your achievements, so let's take advantage of opportunities (such as team meetings or regular conversations with superiors) to talk about what we have achieved recently.
