Useful tips as always…📌
I help swimming coaches build race-winning skills in a systematic manner. Follow for posts about how to develop the most important skills as quickly and easily as possible.
When resistance is added, a lot of swimmers go crazy with the stroke rate to overcome the resistance and create speed. They just get inefficient. Put a low stroke rate on them and make them learn to hold a ton of water to move forward. If swimmers can’t create a lot of propulsion at slow stroke rates, they’re not going to be able to do it at fast rates. So with resistance work, starting with more controlled rates can set the stage for the fast stuff later. Let them get used to moving a TON of water. Then speed it up.

How Often Should I Clean My Pool Filter? The frequency of cleaning your pool filter depends on the size of the pool, the amount of debris, and the filter's size. Generally, when the filtration pressure rises 7 to 10 pounds above the clean pressure, it’s time to clean D.E. or cartridge filters. To clean the filters: 1. Dismantle and thoroughly clean the filters. 2. After reassembly, run the filter and note the pressure gauge reading. This is the new “clean pressure.” 3. Clean the filters again when the pressure increases 7 to 10 pounds above the new “clean pressure.” #swimmingpool #poolequipment #poolservice

⛳️ DRILL OF THE WEEK ⛳️ - The Width Of Arc Drill Do you struggle over-swinging, face to path issues or topping the ball alot ?🤔 The Width Of Arc Drill is for you.👇🏻 The drill concept is to widen your swing arc (distance between your swing center & your hands) to allow the arms to extend in the backswing, through impact & post impact to optimise middled strikes, club face stability & maximising centrifugal force for quicker club head speed. This drill is great for the golfer who over-swings, tops shots, thins shots & has trouble with club face stability at impact. The process is to place a long tee a foot ahead of your ball in-between your target & the golf ball you intend to hit. Next place another golf ball a foot behind the ball you intend to hit. Finally during your takeaway in the backswing try to push the spare ball away from the target (keeping the club head as low to the ground as possible) by keeping your arms extended & maintaining that extension through impact until your club head has clipped the top of the tee peg past your ball to optimise your width of arc radius. If you LIKED this video & you want to get more detail or information then please go to my YouTube page & watch the full video. Otherwise please send me a DM if you have an enquiry about the clip.
