A mere photo session with suit claded person will not elevate your bank's sagging image and repeat failures to deliver services to customers . You launch products with a bang but donot care to check how deplorably they are being delivered to customers by your callous ,impudent and discourteous staff with little knowledge of banking and your products. Your response to customers suffering from your service deficiencies is hopelessly poor! Defer such eye catching launch to get regulatory brownie points and devote greater attention and diligence to customer care for existing products!Lest you may face exodus of existing customers!

Hi, Can you please tell me how many hidden charges do you exactly have? Is there anyone whi actually knows the process in and out while processing an order education loan at Axis? We have had a education loan processed recently for my brother and there ahs been constant mis-information. When I asked your executive to swnd me an email about everything he keeps saying on abruptly involving any one in my family in the loan for ex. he said you do not have any SOPs or guidlines. The services are truly disappointing. There's no nodal model in place, no escalation process, and a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and responsibility. For customers with most premium accounts with 10-20 lakhs of deposits also they don't care. Nobody listens to your problem

You have now taken over Citibank cards. My old Citibank card works touch but not swipe. How do I get a fresh card. Your customer log in site shows no provision.

Great achievement, is the axis bank is customer centric bank or money collecting agent, when I started a home loan with AXIS bank, the interest rate was @8.5%, however during the period of 2years it went upto 9.5% and there was no communication as such for such a huge hike, however I had a cheque bounce, this attracts a fee of INR400 and next day I received a call to pay the fee immediately, CUDOS to your commitment to the customer wellbeing. #CorporateBanking
