Sir. Please help me if someone is using my fake credit card axis Bank

I've been waiting for a year and still haven't received my refund. It's really frustrating when companies engage in fraudulent activities and don't fulfill their obligations to their customers. Shame on you Axis bank

My Rs.6,23,000/- +Interest Rs.6,23,000/-+ Harassment claim due since 2011 from Axis Bank it is taking shelter of Inter Bank Redressal forum from SBI & dragging us for last more than 13 years, awaiting for the amount my father's surgery could not done & he expired, even the official waiting to happen the same situation to their parents & not releasing. Does this banking system be put in negative ratings / no more to operate??All details are with the Bank officials since 2011 to till date, but heinous forum to release the amount. Axis Bank Amitabh Chaudhry is a fraud. Big time looting bank. My Brother (Shankar Gujarathi) is facing terrible experience with Axis. Axis bank marketing people forced him to open an current account first then asked to open another account on firm name stating they will close the previous one. He maintained avg balance of >10X of min bal required. However, Axis bank continued to keep previous current account open and charged him 25K penalty stating min balance not maintained in one account. He requested to close the previous a/c but they didn't care. When me and my brother visited Branch at Kalaburgi but there was no response. When we clubbed both accounts then min balance maintained is >8X Finally, we raised an official complaint in June with their support they assured to resolve the issue in 3-5 working days. Kaveri from the operations team visited us asking to take back complaint first without providing resolution and she agreed to reverse the charges of 25K and close the previous current account. But even after 2 months nothing has happened and now the account is closed without reversing the min balance charges. Wrote Back office, CEO, PNO, Branch, back end tea, tried calling multiple times but there is no resolution.

Axis Bank scammers please close my loan. DSMPL708769679A I paid my last EMI of the Axis Bank loan on 20 August, which is still pending. And after that, they try to deduct money via e-mandate, which is why I got a 2500 rupee fine from the bank. I try to contact them by email, phone, or even social media, but they close my ticket without any resolution. Now today they messaged me to maintain balance in the account 6592 RS.
