Look into the company's website, yes, but don't be afraid to reach out and talk to the people that currently work there in similar positions. They will be the best pool of knowledge for the company and team culture, how to be successful, maybe even employee retention at the company! Connecting with these people early on will allow you to get great insight into what the day to day is truly like and base your interest from there. Interviews are always a two-way street.
