That's precisely why we have 'No meetings' Fridays (well, no internal meetings, the odd client requirement that can't be moved you have to do. Keep Friday's free so your staff can catch up on work, get themselves straight for the weekend and plan the week to follow, then hit their weekends feeling good about life! 😀

Absolutely agree! It's amazing how much more productive we can be with a well-structured schedule. Maybe we should consider spreading meetings more evenly throughout the week? How do you manage your meeting load?
