President, Atlassian

Imagine saving two hours every week at work. This is the impact Atlassian Intelligence had on Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited within their first week of adopting AI. Hearing stories like these from our customers truly energizes me. It's the most rewarding part of my job. Domino’s leverages Atlassian AI to transform lengthy five-page reports into concise, actionable summaries. They employ virtual agents to automate routine support interactions and proactively tackle issues before they become problems. AI frees their teams to focus on more complex challenges. It is incredibly motivating to see our customers embrace AI and explore its vast potential to boost productivity. Our newest AI innovation, Atlassian Rovo, is already helping teams access, learn from, and utilize information scattered across various apps. I can’t wait to hear more stories of how teams are using AI to make a meaningful difference in their work.

Unleashing potential, one slice at a time. 🍕

Taking a look at the Rovo Blog (https://www.atlassian.com/blog/announcements/introducing-atlassian-rovo-ai) Atlassian's focus on mining unstructured data is spot on - there is so much information (and value) that is buried away in unstructured data that can really help improve productivity, reduce onboarding time for new employees, save money and improve service. Nice work Anu Bharadwaj and team.

Jira and Confluence have the potential to significantly expand their market with some adjustments. While many perceive these tools as designed solely for software development teams, they are actually versatile enough to benefit nearly any type of business. The advantages become evident within just a few months of use. Atlassian should consider broadening its perspective and making these tools more accessible to non-software companies.

With a few touches here and there Jira and Confluence could easily double or triple they're market. Most people see them as tools exclusively meant for software development teams. But in reality it could work for almost any kind of company and benefits are palpable from a few months in. Atlassian should open its mind and become friendlier for non software companies. 😎
