Android Security Tips: Regularly update the Android operating system and applications to ensure the latest security patches are in place. Install applications exclusively from trusted sources, such as the Google Play Store, to minimize the risk of malicious software. Enable a strong PIN, password, or biometric authentication for screen lock to add an extra layer of protection. Activate features like Find My Device to track and remotely wipe the device in case of loss or theft. iOS Security Tips: Keep the iOS operating system up to date by regularly installing updates from Apple. Download apps only from the official App Store to ensure they have undergone thorough security checks. Enable biometric authentication options like Touch ID or Face ID to enhance device access security. Activate Find My iPhone to locate and remotely erase the device if it goes missing.
