Its been a great and encouraging start to 2024 and the signs are promising. Interest rates expected to fall to 4pc by Q4 and clients/ lenders reporting busiest ever start to January !! Closer to home, my South Wales office has seen a good level of instructions. This last week has included a wide range of asset types including a large Residential small holding and Equestrian centre, 20,000 sq ft multi let workshop unit and popular Cardiff restaurant.
