I am confused on the smart bike direction here but Ok. I think Acer has a fail. As the owner. I wasn't involved the last 27 yrs vecause the business management for the last 27 yrs are socialist communist and pushed big business big money from business with no invention development beyond the early 2000's. What I see is that problem. So, a redefinition... ACER was China's securities and communications for government and military. I went to others that are also mine so China lacks the securities and military control and government control of my businesses.

My laptop under warranty is not repaired for 14 days. No response from customer care. What is this service?? Case no. 295019C. Do it ASAP.

1moDear Harish Koli & Acer Team, Laptop Service case Id - 266594C As above caption laptop all of sudden stop working as on 29June2024,As during your engineer observation he said possible mother board ( MBD) has issue and due to which laptop stop working so have to replace same . As laptop is under warranty so will get replacement yet since last 3 days+ I didn't hear anything about same. As when I check with them while visiting in person ,your representative doesn't have any clarity about it as where is my work stuck? who will order the defective part? What is procurement status ?, as company has approved same or not? when it will arrive at Thane service center????? Etc. she is simply saying you have to wait but TAT can't confirm, which digital era acer India is in ?? I am utterly disappointed with your response & "Mr Harish Koli" I have sincere request to you to please look into same, your branch head "Apoorva Gandhi" doesn't have time to check on client complaints & grievances. Either you please replace the part or get me new laptop as there is technical failure of your laptop which we as normal customer doesn't understand. Kindly check all details and help to resolve same asap & also please mention TAT too.
