So why did you take this course? I'm guessing there's a relationship you have at work that you're struggling with. Well, I'm proud of you for owning your piece in the dynamic. But what you have to do now is put what you've learned into action. So your assignment for this week is to choose three specific examples of frustrating behavior that you've experienced at work. These can be current issues or past situations that have stuck with you. Go ahead and write those down and be as detailed as possible. For each example, carefully reflect on the role that you might play or have played in the challenging dynamic. How might your own actions, words, assumptions, or perspectives be contributing, even in minor ways? Jot down some honest notes of self-reflection.
