All right. Let's discuss Level 4 behavior. This movie is a bit different because I won't be giving you any tips for how to take ownership of your role or deal with these behaviors. And that's because these behaviors are simply unacceptable. Bullying, harassment, and any other forms of aggression have no place in a professional environment. This unacceptable behavior demands immediate action. If you experience or notice behavior like this, it's important to speak with management and HR to start a paper trail documenting incidents. Do not confront aggression alone, you have a right to feel safe. That said, you are well within your rights to set personal boundaries and protect yourself. Make it clear that certain conduct will not be tolerated. Then limit interactions when possible. Ultimately, aggressive individuals should be removed from the company if their behavior persists after interventions. Unfortunately, we all know that doesn't always happen when it should.
