- [Lecturer] Spelling errors, grammar errors and other readability issues can turn a very nice looking document into something less professional. So it's good to know there are tools built into Microsoft Word here in Microsoft 365 to help us ensure that our documents have correct spelling, good grammar and are easy to understand. We're going to explore them using our Red30 conference document 0803 if you need to get caught up. Everything I just mentioned is built into something now called the editor. The editor can be accessed from the ribbon with the home tab selected, way over here to the right-hand side, you can see it here. F7s a keyboard shortcut. If you happen to be in the review ribbon you'll find it over here on the left-hand side as well.
