Finding your motivation for lasting change

- What would you do if you had an extra 10 hours per week? Think about it. If you had an extra two hours every work day, how would you reinvest that time? Would it be on hobbies? Would you spend it with friends or family? Would you reinvest it in your career? To become more productive and master time management, having strong motivation in mind is essential. So carefully consider this question. If you had an extra 10 hours per week how would you spend that time? What I'll share with you in this course will help you get that free time. Maybe even more. Those who follow this course gain at least an extra 10 hours of free time per week. They do it not by working harder or packing their schedule full, but by being a little more focused. Getting that time back begins with knowing your personal motivation. Decide right now what you'll do with that time once you get it. Write your answer down on a note card or sticky note. When I have an extra 10 hours a week, I will and then fill in the blank. Put your answer somewhere you can see it. Then whenever you feel challenged during this course look back at the answer you wrote. Remember your personal motivation, your vision of the future and all the wonderful things you'll do with the extra time you'll uncover.
