- Are you prioritizing what's on your schedule or are you scheduling your priorities? Most people operate from a schedule. You have reminders and accountability built into showing up for your calls and meetings. So let's bring that level of accountability to your priorities. After this lesson, you will be better able to establish a priority focused schedule. Now it's time to put your priorities in your calendar. Analog or digital, it doesn't matter. It needs to be noted somewhere. Otherwise, it will be easy for you to forget, get distracted, or see a free space and give it away to something else. Putting your priorities in your schedule means that you are putting focus time in your schedule. You can literally name it that. This is time that you will work on your priority, so it's important that you do your best to eliminate or minimize distractions and interruptions.
