- There is no one size fits all approach to how you start the day, but I've noticed that people with a consistent morning routine are better able to prioritize and organize their day from the outset. In this lesson, I'd like to share with you what I've noticed about great morning routines, so you can start to dial in your own best way to start the day. I like to call the habits and routines that make you feel your best your personal foundation. Think of your personal foundation as unique to you. It could be something as simple as walking your dog, getting in a workout, having a cup of coffee with your partner, or sitting in meditation. It is the foundation for how you start your day off right. Having a strong personal foundation means that you start your day intentionally.
