- Let's start embedding what you've learned into some best practices and key questions for your own team and product. I'll show you how to create your own checklist by working from the template. And I'll cover the basics of how to structure a list that applies specifically to your product and industry. I have provided a handy template you can use to get started. You start the checklist by stating your company's mission and values. Next, identify which of the eight risk zones from the Wheel of Misfortune that you may be vulnerable to and ask key questions for each. This is where the practice of envisioning risk pays off.
