- [Instructor] Tableau includes several different modes for presenting data, but some users are just more comfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint. You can use the techniques in this movie to create PowerPoint slides based on the visualizations that you've created in Tableau. I'll demonstrate the process using 03_10_ToPowerPoint, and that is a sample file that you can find in the chapter three folder of the exercise files collection. My workbook contains the two worksheets, so I have treemap and line chart. And if I want to export them to PowerPoint as slides, then I can go to the file menu and then click Export as PowerPoint. So I can export this view by itself or specific sheets. In this case, I'll click specific sheets, and from here I can identify the sheets that I want to include. So I currently have treemap selected, however, if I click on line chart, you see that it is checked and it will be exported as well. I…
