- [Speaker] You can summarize your Tableau data in many different ways but most formulas only provide one value at a time. If you want to display several summaries of your data such as the minimum, maximum, and standard deviations in one place, you can display the summary card. In this movie, I will show you how to do that. My sample file is 05_03_Summary, and you can find it in the chapter five folder of the Exercise files collection. I have sales totals arranged by customer state. I could create multiple columns and show minimum, maximum, and other values for my data set, but instead, I want to create a summary card that will display those values in one place. To display that, I will go to the worksheet menu and click show summary and the summary card appears over on the right.
