- [Instructor] If you've gotten this far in SharePoint on your own, then SharePoint Online knows something about you because it was able to validate your username and your password, or your login credentials from Microsoft 365. But there's even more information about yourself that is accessible to SharePoint Online, and to your colleagues through SharePoint Online. If you click the icon in the upper right hand corner, that either will have your picture on it or your initials, there are some choices here. These are accounts that you're logged in through. This is your primary account, and if you want to view information about that account, like what devices it's logged into, you would click the View account link, but that's not where we're going.
