- [Gini] If you arrive at SharePoint using the SharePoint choice on the Microsoft 365 waffle, you will usually end up here on the SharePoint start page, which also used to be called SharePoint Home. This landing page for SharePoint is a great example of the redesigned or more modern SharePoint experiences. We have large tiles and lots of white space, so it looks spacious, it looks inviting. The structure of this page is relatively straightforward, but there are different things here, and I want you to know how they interact with each other and where you have some choice about it. Let's look first at the information pane that's displaying all these lovely tiles. If you have recent news, then that news from sites that you have access to will be aggregated at the top of the page. So I have a couple of news stories and here's my News section.
