- [Instructor] SharePoint Document Libraries are really a specialized form of SharePoint list so it's not surprising that the command bar that appears here at the top has many of the same commands in this list that we saw in a document library. Working with these tools, of course, I can create a new record using a form. I can create or edit records using Grid View. We saw these in the prior movie. I can share this list with someone else. I can export this list to Excel or to Power BI or to a CSV with or without a schema list at the top. So if I choose export, to Excel, what's happening is a query is being set up that points right back to this SharePoint list, and it's going to ask me where I want to put this in Excel. So I'm going to open the file. There's a security notice that appears because this is coming from the internet, and I'm going to say, that's okay, enable this.
