- [Instructor] On an average workday, there are a number of times that I want to share a document with someone. Perhaps they've requested it or maybe I want to send it out for review. Sometimes I want to share a document because I shared it with them once already last week and they haven't looked at it yet. So I'm nudging them again. There are a number of different ways that I can share documents. Earlier in the course, I showed you how to share an entire site, but if I just want to share one document, for example, this PowerPoint presentation, I can select it right here and then I can click the share button that opens up and I get this dialog box for sharing. This is what it looks like by default, but you can change your mind about any of the settings in here. So for example, it's set up so that anybody who I add here can edit.
