- [Instructor] There are a number of times when I'm working on a document and I need somebody to check a list for me or check a table, take a look and make sure an illustration meets with our company policies on how to use images of employees and so on. And I can send somebody the whole document and ask them to look at it, but there's a process built into SharePoint that allows me to do this. I can also use this anytime I need somebody to sign off on a document. Maybe I'm working on something for my boss and they say: Make sure I look at this before you send it out. And it's like, cool, all right, then I'll have you sign off on this. And this is a built-in feature of SharePoint using Power Automate and a couple of other apps that are part of Microsoft 365.
