- [Narrator] In this video, we're going to start our first project. Now it's best practice to start a project from a template file. So that's what we're going to do here. The template file we're going to use I've provided with the exercise files. So if we come over here to the models area, click the New button, there will be a list of templates available here. And if you watch the earlier video on templates then we went through some of those. But this time what we're going to do is click the browse button. And then instead of choosing a template from the provided folder structure what I'm going to do is go to my desktop my exercise files folder, and then in the exercise files I've provided a file called OTB for out-of-the-box. I'm to double click into that. And the file that I would like you to choose is the Commercial Default. Now the out-of-the-box content provides the Commercial Default in Imperial units. What…
