Creating your influence plan

- We all need to lean on people from time to time to accomplish our goals and aspirations. I like to call this negotiating with your influence posse, your internal and external networks, people who know you and know your work, or people that you have a connection with, or people you need to get to know. When you're going after a new project, a promotion and raise, or whatever your goal is, knowing who the players and decision makers are and who will be most influential in helping you accomplish your goal is just plain smart. So I recommend creating an influence plan and to work on this plan over time. To help you create your influence plan, I have several questions focused around your goals. So question one, what would need to happen within the next couple of years for you to stay engaged and happy in your career?
