Don’t say, “I don’t have experience in that"

- Stop, don't say this sentence in an interview: "I don't have experience in that." So why is this bad? Well, it brings direct attention on what you don't have versus what you do have. And even if you don't have experience in something, frame it like this instead: "So in my previous roles, my experience in this area was more focused on X, Y, and Z. That said, I have had some exposure to it and I'm really looking forward to diving into this even more within this new position." Go get 'em!
