- Did you accidentally use the wrong shade of your company's color? Or are you looking to rebrand a workbook for a client? With the Find and Replace tool in Excel, we can recolor a workbook, (bell dings) like this. Let's check it out, and here we have a fun rebranding hack. See all our blue tables over here? Let's say that we actually wanted to switch all of the colors of those cells that are blue to a shade of orange. This is a great rebranding option. If let's say you have a particular table or set of worksheets that you use between clients and maybe you want to customize them to those clients' colors, you can easily switch all instances of a particular color in seconds using the Find and Replace tool.
