Rebranding secret weapon: Find and Replace by color
- Did you accidentally use the wrong shade of your company's color? Or are you looking to rebrand a workbook for a client? With the Find and Replace tool in Excel, we can recolor a workbook, (bell dings) like this. Let's check it out, and here we have a fun rebranding hack. See all our blue tables over here? Let's say that we actually wanted to switch all of the colors of those cells that are blue to a shade of orange. This is a great rebranding option. If let's say you have a particular table or set of worksheets that you use between clients and maybe you want to customize them to those clients' colors, you can easily switch all instances of a particular color in seconds using the Find and Replace tool. So for our example here, I'm going to use the Control + F key on my keyboard to open up the Find and Replace menu, and here on our Replace tab, up at the top, we not only have the options to replace text in our Find…
