Teams offers alternative color themes to make the interface easier or more enjoyable to navigate. Click the button with three dots near the top right to open the menu, then go to settings. Choose the section for appearance and accessibility. Open the theme menu to choose a different theme. The default theme has a light background. If you prefer a dark background, choose the dark theme. The entire interface changes. Some people prefer a darker interface to reduce eyestrain. The high-contrast theme is easier to read for people with certain types of visual impairments. If you enable the option for follow operating system theme, Teams will match the light or dark mode options you set for your computer in Windows settings or macOS settings.
