The Power Automate mobile app

- Why would you want to use the Power Automate mobile app? Why? Because it's mobile! The Power Automate mobile app is designed for mobile devices so that you can create, manage, monitor, and trigger flows on the go. And that's especially important these days. I'm on my Android phone, but I can tell you that the experience is the same on the iPhone. I'm going to slide over one screen, and you can see I've got a lot of Microsoft apps, but the will we want is the big blue button down here on the left and it's labeled Flow. Now it is the Power Automate mobile app, but it is still labeled Flow. In the old days, Power Automate was originally called Flow. We're going to click the Flow button, and it will open up the Power Automate mobile app. And it opens up to the activity page, and this is where we see the history of our flows and when they've run. And if we click on any one of these, we see that it will open up and give us the details of that run. Let's go back. Now let's take a look at the browse button. When we come down to the bottom, you see that activity is lit up in blue. If I click on browse, now that's lit up in blue, and it takes me to the browse page. And the browse page is very much like the create page in our desktop experience. You'll see at the top it's listing connectors or services, and we can click on see all and see all of our connectors. And I think it's about 800 of them right now. And you know, they're always adding more. And if we go back, we can see that we have lists of templates. Now, the first two categories that we see are mobile and button. These are templates for flows that are specifically designed to work with the mobile app. And if we slide over, we can see a few of those. We can click on see all, and see all of the mobile flow templates. Let's go back. And if we keep scrolling down, we see all of our different categories. And if we scroll down all the way, we even see the button to create from blank, because yes, you can create flows from the mobile app. If I click on create from blank, it brings me here. And again, we have connectors and triggers. I can click see more to get all of our connectors, just like we saw previously. And if I come back here and click see more on the triggers, we can see all of our triggers as well. So it really is a full featured app. Now let's go ahead and let's go to the flows button, and we see our flows, all of the flows that we have created, and they're all listed here. And again, if I click on any one of these, you see it gives me the flow details. I can turn the flow on and off. I can edit the flow. I can open it up, see each individual step, and make any changes that I want to. I can even delete the flow. I can even see its run history, and we can go back and go back again. Now let's take a look at the account button. We'll click there, and it will show us information about our account, and even let us sign out. And the last place we're going to look is the buttons button. And you'll see that it says no buttons yet, but once we create a button flow, we will literally have a large button on this screen that when we click it will trigger the flow. And you see we have the option to create the button flow here on this page as well. And we could use any one of these templates. So now you've seen the Power Automate mobile app, and you can see that it's very versatile. Like I said, you can use it to create, manage, monitor, and trigger flows.
