- [Instructor] We have created this scheduled flow, and the recurrence is every Thursday at 8:00 AM. And what's going to happen, it will send an email to the people on our team that we have selected here with a reminder to send agenda items to Cecilia before their meeting. Now, we see up here at the green bar, our flow is ready to go. We recommend that we test it. Now, you might think that we have to wait until that 8:00 AM, Thursday for the flow to run. We don't have to because Power Automate is creating this email, we can have it create a test email. We can have it run this flow and send this email out right now. To do that, we're going to come up here to the upper right corner and we're going to click on Test. Once we do that, we see we have the option to test Manually or Automatically, and Automatically is grayed out because there are no runs for this flow. We haven't run it previously, so we can't rerun it to go…
