- At some point, we need to do something with what we learned from our evaluation project. This involves sharing the results of our evaluation project with our sponsor, as well as other critical stakeholders. Questions our sponsor might have include, "Were the project goals achieved?", "What worked well?", "How can the training be improved?", and, "Are there lessons that can be applied elsewhere?" Let's go back to the interviewing skills workshop that we've used as an example throughout this course. Stacy Jones, the Midwest region vice president requested the training because her boss had asked her to reduce new hire turnover to 15%, down from its current 30% rate.
