- [Instructor] If you're planning to teach online, it's important to realize that although there are many similarities between online and in-person teaching, there are also many differences. Let's take a look at some of the resources that you'll need to teach online. The first is an obvious one, and that is digital access. When teaching online, you'll need to post resources, communicate, give feedback track progress, and do more online. In order to do this, you'll need the right type of device, likely a desktop or laptop computer with the ability to run software. I also recommend that you have access to a mobile device. It's likely that many of your learners will be utilizing mobile devices to take your course, so it's important to view the course from that perspective once in a while.
