- [Narrator] Now let's install OrCAD on your computer. Please note that if you download the free version of the software, you'll be using version 17.4. For the rest of this course, I will be using version 17.2, but everything I do will work for 17.4. So let's go to a web browser and search for OrCAD download. Now let's look for OrCAD downloads or free OrCAD Lite download, either one should work. And in this list, you'll see the OrCAD free trial. Select learn more, and then choose start your free trial. Now at this point, you would enter your credentials like your email, your country of residence, and once you hit the next button, you enter any other information they're asking for. Now, Cadence might send you an email, or just give you a direct link to the software.
