- In this lesson, we're going to talk about keeping that winning mindset. First and foremost, it's about the can-do attitude. I always talk about the Huck Finn story, you know, painting the fence. For me, if I'm going to have to work for the rest of my life or to whatever age, then I want to enjoy my job. How do I do that? Well I make it fun. If I, you know, not always is it fun, but I try to bring in the fun factor, bring in the fun factor. When I have to plan a cruise or I have to deal with a client, I always look for the upside, the bright side, and if I'm walking into a scenario that I don't know what's going to happen, I always think about what's the worst case scenario? How am I going to handle that? What will I say? And I always bring humor into it and I feel like that's a great diffuser. If I have a crew, they have this like bad attitude, I will also look at them and say, "Look at where your feet are.…
