- So we anchor off these two islands, and when the sun came up, we were being boarded by Yemen military personnel. Now, it's not like what you imagine them to look like, it's exactly what you see on TV. And I would think that, in that scenario, that I could face them and be the captain, and say "we're here, "repairing our engines," but that's not the case. The second solution for me was to hide the female crew, because I was in hostile waters, women were not accepted, and I needed to hide all female crew. That meant I needed to hide. So what I did was, I made the security guy, I said, "You act as captain," as we hid as we were boarded. So that was my second solution. As they deboarded, I worked in the engine room with my engineer until we fixed that engine.
