Same words, different definitions

- Even when we use the exact same words, sometimes men and women define and understand those words differently, Which can lead to miscommunication. In her book Same Words, Different Language, Barbara Annis provides a number of examples of misunderstandings between men and women based on research she conducted with thousands of participants over three decades. Let's take a look at an example. Meredith is a team leader, and she's in a meeting with her colleagues Joseph and Juanita. - And I think this will really help those dry numbers, and that's the strategy in a nutshell.
