- Not every problem needs to be solved with an elaborate L&D program. Most issues are smaller and can be resolved quickly with minimal effort. Everyone loves a quick win. In this lesson, I'll give you a high level overview of implementing quick fixes so you can start checking items off your list ASAP. Quick fixes are smaller items on your to-do list that can be accomplished in a short amount of time. Think of something like a breakdown in communication between departments, like a product team sharing upcoming software updates with a customer success team before the release. That's something that can be resolved with a quick fix. Another quick fix for an L&D leader could involve auditing existing training resources to ensure accessibility for all employees.
