- Have you ever felt overloaded because you put too much responsibility on your plate, but didn't want to hand over more responsibility than you needed to? When you're building out your foundational learning and development programs, you need to decide which programs will be built in-house and which programs will be built externally. In this lesson, I'll show you how to determine the size of the role your internal team needs to play. First, identify the instructional designers designating who will be responsible for building out aspects of your programming is based on several factors, the available budget, your willingness to build it out yourself, and your ability to build it out yourself. Then it's time to unleash your creativity for your programs.
