An overview of industrial controllers

- In order to control the coordination of the different processes orchestrating the movement and steps within the field. This is done using controllers. Industrial controllers are electronic devices that monitor and control industrial processes. They receive inputs from sensors and make decisions based on that data and the program written. There are many industrial controllers. The two common industrial controllers include programmable logic controllers or PLC and distributed control system or DCS.
