- [Instructor] This being a book for grownups, it's going to need some text and that's what we are going to deal with in this movie. I'm going to go back to my layers panel just here for a moment because what I'm going to do is I'm going to turn off the visibility for everything, apart from the text layer. We're then going to bring in some text and we're going to divide it up without the distraction of everything else on the layout. We can treat that as being secondary to just managing the text at the moment. So, let's go ahead and bring in some text from the exercise files. If you don't have access to them, then just go ahead and grab some text from wherever or just mimic it with placeholder texts from the type menu. So, I've got this Culinary Lab RTF file here.
