- Ever dreaded going to work because of your supervisor? Remember feeling overlooked, undervalued, or invisible in meetings? Did you ever go the extra mile to get a project completed with success only for it to go unrecognized, or for that leader to take all the credit for your hard work? If the answer is yes to these questions, chances are you are or were working under an ineffective and non-inclusive leader. I answer yes to all of these, and from my numerous years of working under these kinds of leaders, and now as a leadership coach, there are more pitfalls to avoid.
