- Woo-hoo! You did it! You took a crucial step toward closing the significant leadership gap in our workplaces, and that is becoming a more inclusive leader. Congratulations. Now, it's not my expectation that you are an expert on inclusive leadership. That takes years of practice. However, I do hope that I answered many of your questions and cleared up any confusion about the role and responsibilities we have as leaders.
