- I think, with hindsight, a lot of people, what they do is they take what's, quote, known, and they accept it, and they absolutely do not accept what's unknown. And I think that is opposite of what you should do. You should embrace what is unknown: the change, the innovation. And you should reject what everybody knows. Now, this doesn't mean that I'm telling you that you should believe that the earth is flat. I'm telling you that when everybody says something is true, to use a simple example, if everybody says, well this is the way to do social media, or this is the way to foster innovation, you should challenge what the so-called experts say. And I include myself in that. Now, listen, you watch all these things and you read my book and all that, and I'm so-called an expert. I'm not telling you accept everything I say as gospel.
