- [Instructor] In this video we're going to learn how to finish our chatbot and customize it. So let's start off on the Voiceflow canvas here. I'm actually going to go back to our workspace and show you how to import a file. So on our workspace, I can see this little icon in the top right hand side that says import via file. Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to import something from our exercise files and grab this binaryville0403.vf file. Now, this is an exact copy of what we have right now but let's go jump into it. So here we are. We're back on the Voiceflow canvas with our exercise file imported. Now, what we have left to do is we need to add a talk speak and a loop so that we can have a full conversation with our assistant. So I'm going to go to the left bar here and add talk, grab a text box. We're going to welcome the user to our big star collectibles. So say, welcome to Big Star Collectibles, how can we help…
