- [Instructor] There are a few different ways to install Google Analytics 4, depending on where you're starting from. Now we'll assume that you do have an account, either existing or brand new, as we showed in the prior video. But from there, we can go in three different directions. First is that you might want to use Google Tag Manager. And in fact, for many people, I recommend that way. If you're sure that's you, or if you already have GTM installed, you can probably skip this video and head to that one instead. Or perhaps you already installed Universal Analytics and you use the latest version of the global site tag known as GTAG.js. If so, there's a clever trick you can use to install GA4 without any additional code on the page via Setup Assistant. We've got a video for that, too. And again, you can probably skip to that one.
